This document sets out the complete terms and conditions for account registration, financial transactions, bonus benefits, and use of services on the kiriya 11 platform. Please read this entire document carefully before becoming a member.

1. Introduction and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the kiriya 11 platform and its members. By accessing the kiriya 11 website or creating an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to abide by them.
Definitions
- "Platform" means the kiriya 11 website, mobile application, and all associated services.
- "Member" means any individual registered on kiriya 11.
- "Account" means each member's personal user profile.
- "Balance" means the total funds held in a member's account.
- "Bonus" means any additional incentive provided by kiriya 11.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute over a clause, the Bengali version shall always be considered authoritative.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on kiriya 11, you must provide accurate and complete information. The following details must be entered correctly at the time of registration:
- Full name (as per National ID card)
- Active mobile number
- Valid email address
- Date of birth
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and the funds held in them may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Verification
kiriya 11 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A copy of the National ID card or passport may be requested for verification. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
3. Age Restrictions
All services on kiriya 11 are exclusively for individuals aged 21 and above. No person under the age of 21 may open an account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on this platform.
- Age is verified at the time of registration.
- Providing false information about age will result in the account being closed immediately.
- kiriya 11 takes all necessary steps to protect minors from gambling.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
kiriya 11 accepts deposits through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods
The same methods — bKash, Nagad and Rocket — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. kiriya 11 generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
- If the wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been met, the related bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
- kiriya 11 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and request additional information in cases of suspicious transactions.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at kiriya 11 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.
5.2 Other Bonus Terms
- A bonus may be claimed once only, unless otherwise stated in the terms.
- Reading the detailed terms of the relevant promotion before claiming a bonus is mandatory.
- kiriya 11 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
- If bonus misuse or fraud is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
- Withdrawing a deposit before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
5.3 VIP Program
kiriya 11's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit. Bronze members receive up to 0.4%, Silver members 0.8%, and Gold members 1.2% weekly cashback, calculated based on net losses for the week.
6. Games and Betting
6.1 Game Services
kiriya 11 offers slots, live casino, cricket and various other sports betting, and other gaming services. Each game has its own rules, which are detailed on the game page.
6.2 Betting Limits
- kiriya 11 reserves the right to set or change betting limits at any time.
- Different limits may apply to each game or betting market.
- kiriya 11 reserves the right to void any bet if an unusual betting pattern is detected.
6.3 Technical Errors
If a technical error is found in any game or betting service, kiriya 11 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet or round and return the staked funds. kiriya 11 is not obliged to pay any compensation in such circumstances.
7. Code of Conduct
As a member of kiriya 11, you must strictly follow the code of conduct below:
- Engaging in fraudulent activities against other members, staff, or kiriya 11's services is strictly prohibited.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits will be treated as fraud.
- Attempting unauthorised access to or modification of any software or system on the platform is prohibited.
- Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games is prohibited.
- Gaining an unfair advantage through collaboration with other members is prohibited.
- Money laundering or any other illegal activity through kiriya 11 is strictly prohibited.
Any breach of this code of conduct may result in permanent account closure, including legal action.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by kiriya 11
kiriya 11 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms
- Opening an account with false information
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity
- Breach of age restrictions
8.2 Closure by the Member
You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact the kiriya 11 support team. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
9. Privacy
kiriya 11 is committed to protecting the personal information of its members. How the information you provide is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in kiriya 11's Privacy Policy. That policy applies alongside these Terms.
- Member information is not sold to third parties.
- Information may be used for service improvement and legal purposes.
- All financial transactions on the site are secured using SSL encryption.
10. Responsible Gaming

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions and Contact
12.1 Right to Make Changes
kiriya 11 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or account notification.
12.2 Continued Use After Changes
If you continue using kiriya 11 after the terms and conditions have been changed, it will be assumed that you have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree with the terms, please close your account.
